Serving Parameters
Assess tolerance with ½ scoop in 6–8 oz of water 15 minutes before training — and stay at ½ for at least two sessions. Experienced users: 1 full scoop in 12–16 oz. Never exceed 1 scoop in 24 hours. No other caffeine, pre-workout or fat burner the same day. Not within 6–8 hours of bedtime. Swirl before drinking — it settles.
Extreme has no creatine and no protein. Add both, and keep Supreme on the shelf for the days 420mg is more than you need.

This product can raise blood pressure and interfere with other drugs you may be taking. Do not combine with other caffeine- or stimulant-containing products. Do not take within 5–6 hours of bedtime. Exceeding the recommended dose may cause rapid heartbeat, dizziness or shortness of breath — stop use and seek medical attention if these occur. This product contains up to 420mg caffeine per scoop plus yohimbe and alpha-yohimbine — do not combine with any other caffeine or stimulant source. Not for anyone new to pre-workouts.

How much caffeine is in SuperHuman Extreme?
The SXT Energy System is 420mg of three caffeine forms; Alpha Lion doesn't publish the split, so treat it as up to 420mg per full scoop. Half a scoop is up to 210mg. This is the most caffeine of any pre we stock.
SuperHuman Extreme vs. Supreme — which one?
Extreme: 420mg tri-caffeine, yohimbe + alpha-yohimbine, 400mg yerba santa, 1.5g tyrosine — harder, sharper, more thermogenic. Supreme: 375mg caffeine, 200mg Eria Jarensis, 7g citrulline malate — more euphoric, bigger pump dose. If you've never run 400mg, start with Supreme.
Does SuperHuman Extreme contain DMHA or DMAA?
No. The stim layer is caffeine, yerba santa, yohimbe and alpha-yohimbine. Fully disclosed.
