SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

All Orders are Shipped Within 24hrs After the Order is Placed

Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

  • The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost/misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.

  • Pre Nutrition LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

  • Pre Nutrition LLC is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)

  • No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.

  • We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. 

  • Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges (INTERNATIONAL)

  • All sales are final outside the US

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc.

  • Your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. Pre Nutrition LLC is not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or import fees.
