Recomp Cycle — 8 Weeks On · 4 Weeks PCT
Take each compound as directed on its label — most Hi-Tech prohormones run 1 tablet 2–4 times daily with meals; Pro IGF-1 follows its own label dosing. Run 6–8 weeks on-cycle, never longer than 8. Eat at maintenance with protein at 1g per pound of bodyweight and train for both hypertrophy and strength. Track photos and measurements, not the scale — on a recomp the scale lies. Begin PCT the day after your last dose and run it 4 weeks. Add Liver-Rx from day one.
