Cycle Parameters
Take 1 tablet 3 times per day, evenly spaced throughout the day. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 24-hour period. New users should run a 4-week cycle first to assess tolerance before extending to 8 weeks. Take with food to minimize any GI discomfort.
